two men behind the counter, grumpy and moany. They must have some very loyal customers who like being treated like an inconvenience when trying to spend money. I have never had an experience like it, and will never use this crowd again. They could do with learning a thing or two about the customer experience. Shocking.
Customer service. What a joke. I had to return a suit that was not cleaned properly only to be told I would have to pay again. Mr Happy behind the counter wasnt interested in the fact that I have been using this shop for years as a loyal customer supporting local businesses. Wont be using them again.
