Damaged several furniture, did not pack some of boxes professionally. Refusing to accept liability by telling insurance they did not damage our furniture
The move was marred at both ends. The team arrived without any tools, despite being warned that two beds needed dismantling. Two valuable items went missing in the move and Storeys's response was disappointing. They were correct by the letter of the law/small-print but there is more to contract than that. I have complained but got a > response. Read your response and factually incorrect. I don't drink and I was present at the removal packing. But you're not strong on facts.
