After a considerable period of time using this pharmacy's repeat prescription service, I have today unfortunately had to cancel and move to a different pharmacy. This is due to the poor level of service experienced while picking up my prescription this morning. I have no idea if the staff member is new (I hadn't seen him before) but he is in serious need of training in customer service. Questions were barked at me, when I asked for a pen, a finger pointed randomly, accompanied with 'there'. The prescription order form was handed to me without explanation, without any apparent awareness that I was a customer whose repeat is managed by the pharmacy so didn't need to take back the form. I explained this and was met with 'When?', presumably meaning when did I want the repeat ordered. At this point, I decided to take the form and go elsewhere. Really poor service.
