Poor service, told several lies. Would not work with these guys again.
I recently used Signature Estates when purchasing a house and was very impressed. The team there is helpful and very friendly. The main person I dealt with was Lee Goddard who was very responsive and went the extra mile to help often going out of his way to accommodate us. Thanks for the hard work!
Avoid at all costs. Did not show up on multiple visits and after having cancelled my reservation due to them not being forthcoming with details on the specifications and misrepresenting the builder's size and tenure. It's been 6 months and they haven't returned the "refundable" reservation fee of 500 despite our legal contract.

In all my dealings with them, they were very approachable, knowledgeable and professional and they gave me helpful advice along the way.
