Im am extremely nervous patient and went here today....my first trip to the dentist in almost 8 years.. they were fantastic and are always amazing with my little girl too. Always friendly and made me feel comfortable and were very considerate of my emotional experience. I shall return in 6 months. :)
PLEASE READ! This place cost me over 200 because of how bad the place is! It was horrible, I went there and they told me I needed my tooth removed, so I made an appointment for the removal and I couldn't attend as I had a family emergency and I was unable to use my phone, so I called up as soon as I possibly could to rebook my appointment, they called me as I was leaving ( so around 10 minutes before) to tell me that the appointment couldn't happen and made a big deal about how they called (sounding very unprofessional), so I made a new appointment and I checked the time 3 times because it was a busy day it was booked on, I went in on the day and they told me it was for the day before and that I got the hour wring as well (saying it was at 10 when it was at 11) I know for a fact i got the day and time right and I have the card they wrote the date and time on on the table, so I rebook it again and I went in 8 minutes late as it was yet another busy day and they kicked me out the practice, when I did the maths the days they mucked up was 200 of work I had to take off and I now have to find a new dentist, the main problem was they held a grudge because of the fact i couldn't get to the first one because of a family emergency, highly unprofessional
