Absolutely terrible, was refused an appointment for being a few mins late. Disregard to patients suffering in pain. After explaining difficult circumstance having taken a day off work still absolutely non-negotitable for even rebooking an appointment. I was polite in explaining my situtation still remain unhelpful. Receptionist would not even allow me to wait on the premises to discuss the situtation. Avoid !!! plently of other dental practice in the area of Hertfordshire. Really not sure what I am paying my taxes for.

went in for a fractured tooth without appointment. Was given an emergency appointment. Girl behind the desk was not very organised and had difficulty in finding my records. The dentist I saw seemed to want to deal with me as quick as possible. All she did was give me an injection to numb the tooth and take out part of the fractured tooth and put a thin coating on the exposed area. The cost was 80 I was barely in there for 15 minutes. I'm still experiencing pain with the tooth when I eat on it. Complete rip off!!!! Won't be going back
A lady behind the desk is unorganized, rude and makes mistakes. What's worse is when she makes mistakes she won't apologize. Avoid the miserable woman with short blond hair down to her shoulders, her name is Brona. The dentists are great though.
Fantastic service. I am petrified of the dentist and sadly have passed this fear on to my children. All the dentist we see are amazing, they are calm, reassuring, confident and most of all experts in their field. The reception staff are war and welcoming. I couldn't and wouldn't go anywhere else for treatment.
